Nursing Agency Nursing Agency Australia (NAA) views continuing education and training as a key component of its service excellence approach. NAA has established NursEd, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), registered under Part 3 of the Training and Skills Development Act 2003 to deliver courses in the Vocational Education and Training Sector (VET). As a RTO, NursEd is monitored through the Department of Further Education, Employment, Science and Technology - Quality Branch and the Nurses Board of South Australia
