Survey of our Critical Care nurses was created to address the following.
- Replace the term Vent Comp commonly used by Nurse Unit Managers, with a level of competency to help clients identify expected skills possessed by our individual nurses.
- Improve need versus skill mix issues frequently highlighted by the Nurse
Unit Managers.
- Identify Education requirements to support our nurses to provide a higher level of service, and develop their knowledge and skill base.
